Other People's Money (OPM) is one of my favorite movies and it is finally coming out on DVD.

I reviewed it recently. You might find that interesting.

I'm fairly sure you can rent the VHS of OPM at your favorite movie rental place, but it is also showing on a few premium channels. The schedule for OPM and other fine individualist movie fare can be found here for the coming weekend and into next week.

If you like this one, may I also recommend "Barbarian's At The Gate" with James Garner and Jonathon Pryce, and "Weapon's of Mass Distraction" with Gabriel Byrne and Ben Kingsley.
Both are in the same vein and altogether brilliant.

that's good news, tom. thanks. glad i heard about OPM at LRC or mises a couple of years ago (can't find that article now). saw it last spring and thought it was a gem. one of the best speeches in any movie, and it's about economics! penelope ann miller was quirky nice. funny that i just saw her earlier tonight in adventures in babysitting.
