More Pood!

Call me kind of weird (you won't be the first -- nor the last), but I like to tackle challenging recipes -- items that most individuals consider too difficult to be made by anyone who isn't a "professional". That's part of why I tried my hand at homemade yogurt making, which I found very rewarding and miss doing. (If you follow the link, be advised that I need to update that recipe; when I do I'll move it here.)

My most recent recipe challenge was crackers. And not just any good cracker recipe; I wanted wheat-free crackers that were worth eating. And I got 'em, and have finally herded some electrons in order to share my cheese cracker recipe with anyone who's interested.

Hi, Pat, and thanks for waiting so patiently. I thought you'd be interested in it, and that's finally what motivated me to complete it. blush

The cracker recipe is what I've been waiting for since you first mentioned it... Thanks.
Am buying some 'home grown' goat cheese tomorrow, and will try that too, with variations, in addition to cheddar cheese.
