Cool! Did Shorty and his older brother enjoy the show?

Shorty has been going around ever since telling everyone "Weird Al is very very Loud!"--but when asked if he'd like to see Al again, he says yes. This was No. 1 son's 4th Al concert. (We are not fans or anything )

I adore the original vid for that song ... and as my subject gives away, it’s because Donny Osmond totally steals it.

Doesn't he seem like he's just absolutely enjoying himself? We cracked up when his giant face came popping up on the middle screen during the live number.

Al has changed his show quite a bit this tour. Yoda was moved out of the final encore spot for the first time since I first saw him in the 80s.

Some other notable moments... He added a new verse to an old song* in his medley.

I don't know if you've ever been to an Al concert, but in between some of the songs they play a bunch of clips, from shows that have referenced him, and from his fake interviews on Al TV, while the band members are scurrying around backstage doing costume changes. So, at one point they showed the clip from this fake interview*

... and then there was the first encore: "...the song you've all been waiting for!"*. I purposely avoid knowing anything about the shows before I go so it really hit my funny bone.

And the new final encore*, which I always thought would be good live, was.
