From what I've heard, there are places in northern Whatcom County, WA (Near the stinky little town of Lynden) that sell fresh, unmumpigated milk directly from the farmer's property. And New Hampshire is supposed to have no laws preventing the sale of unprocessed milk!

Which reminds me of the fact that Canadians who like to shoot rifle and pistol have found many ways around Canada's FUBAR anti-gun laws! The Canadian shooters simply do it with a smile.
