Kevin Carson says:

Last October, I started experiencing numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, and in the middle of my back. Just doing some casual research on the Internet, I thought it sounded like a problem with the lining of my cervical spinal cord that would require surgery to correct.

As a desperate last shot at avoiding this, I tried a chiropractor. He told me I had pinched nerves ("subluxation complexes") at three different places. The numbness quickly responded to treatment, and in a few months my symptoms were virtually gone and I was down to a monthly visit for under $40 bucks. Had I gone to an MD, I'd have probably had a $1500 MRI right off the bat, and he'd be trying to get me under the knife by now. And of course, I'd be bankrupt.

freeman,

If you start a garden, above all remineralize! A first year application should be about 10 tons of rock dust per acre (that amounts to a 25lb. bag for each 10x10 raised bed, or a handful in the hole with each plant). And amend the soil with all the compost you can get your hands on. Most supermarket food has about 20% of the trace mineral content of organic, because corporate agriculture has stripped the soil of minerals with its NPK fertilizers.
