Just in case someone wanders in who doesn’t know what I’m referring to, it’s this weird phenomenon that used to happen to me.

Okay, now that you have some context, imagine this mashup: disco and bluegrass. But not really bluegrass... a bass guitar rock legend who likes to twang it up. Many readers may be most familiar with a certain long-running cartoon’s theme song that he wrote and performed as part of a well-known “sucky” band.

The band’s name is Duo De Twang; the person I referred to in the paragraph above is the inimitable Les Claypool. Duo De Twang has done several covers, apparently, but the only one that matters to me is this highly improbable rendition of the Bee Gees’ Stayin’ Alive. Are you ready?

It’s so bad it loops right around and becomes good. I can’t help but laugh every time I play it.

Hello Sunni

Emails don't work?

-jet-

It works.

But I don’t have encryption capabilities on this machine. I’ll fire up my Linux box this afternoon and respond to you.

Really weird

That is one very twisted cover :)
